Ingredients
– 2 cups fresh raspberries
– 2 cups ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
– 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)
– 1 cup water or coconut water
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional for added tang)
Instructions
Making Raspberry Peach Popsicles is straightforward if you follow these steps:
1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the raspberries thoroughly and peel the peaches. Slice them into smaller pieces for easier blending.
2. Blend the Fruit: In a blender, add the raspberries, sliced peaches, honey, and water or coconut water. Blend until smooth and well combined.
3. Taste the Mixture: After blending, taste the mixture. Add more honey if you like it sweeter, or some lemon juice for a tangy flavor.
4. Fill the Molds: Pour the blended fruit mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a bit of space at the top for expansion as they freeze.
5. Insert Sticks: If your popsicle molds have a built-in stick holder, insert the sticks now. If not, wait for about 45 minutes, until the mixture starts to freeze but is not solid, then insert the sticks.
6. Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until they are completely solid.
7. Remove the Popsicles: To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them up. Gently pull on the sticks to release the popsicles.
8. Serve Immediately: Serve the Raspberry Peach Popsicles right away for the best experience.
