Description

A creamy, dreamy, no-bake layered dessert made with a buttery graham cracker crust, sweetened cream cheese filling, whipped topping, and crushed pineapple. Perfect for warm-weather gatherings, family dinners, or whenever you need a quick and crowd-pleasing dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

For the crust:

  • 2½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 2 sleeves)

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 8 oz Cool Whip (fat-free or regular)

  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple, very well drained

Instructions

  • Prepare crust: Mix graham crumbs with melted butter. Press 2 cups into a 9×9 pan. Bake at 300°F for 8–10 min (optional) or chill for 20 min.

  • Make cream layer: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar gradually, beat until creamy. Fold in 1 tbsp of drained pineapple.

  • Assemble: Spread cream layer over crust. Fold remaining pineapple into Cool Whip and spread over cream layer. Top with remaining ½ cup graham crumbs.

  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, drain pineapple very well to prevent sogginess.

  • Make a day ahead to allow layers to fully set.

  • Optional: Add shredded coconut or chopped nuts for extra texture.
