About Me

Nora Bennett

Founder of Recipe Culinary

Hi, I’m Nora — and if you’re anything like me, the kitchen is more than just a place to cook. It’s a place of connection, creativity, and comfort. A place where memories simmer alongside sauces, and where nourishment goes beyond ingredients. Welcome to Recipe Culinary, where we make simple meals sing with seasonal flavor and heart.

My journey with food began long before I ever thought of starting a website. I grew up chasing the smell of roasted tomatoes from my grandmother’s kitchen, helping slice peaches for cobblers in the heat of summer, and learning that the best recipes are often born from intuition and love — not perfection.

But it wasn’t until my late 20s — overwhelmed with a demanding job, burnout, and chronic fatigue — that I realized food could be more than delicious. It could be healing. I began experimenting with whole foods, seasonal produce, and simplified cooking. Not to lose weight. Not to follow trends. Just to feel better. And slowly, it worked.

That’s when Recipe Culinary was born — not out of ambition, but out of care. I wanted to share what I was learning with others like me: people juggling busy lives who still want to eat well, feel good, and enjoy the process.

Today, Recipe Culinary is a home for:

🌿 Fresh, seasonal recipes that celebrate whole ingredients

🍓 Easy, vibrant meals that nourish without stress

🥗 Weekly inspiration for wellness through food

You’ll find everything from 10-minute smoothies to summer-inspired grain bowls, meal-prep ideas for busy weeks, and family-friendly dinners that bring everyone to the table — all created with a focus on flavor, balance, and joy.

This isn’t about strict rules or complicated techniques. It’s about rediscovering the pleasure of real food and making it part of your everyday life. I’m not a nutritionist. I’m not a doctor. I’m a real person who believes that food should make you feel alive — not exhausted.

If you’re ready to eat with intention, feel more energized, and maybe even fall in love with your kitchen again — I’m so glad you’re here.

Let’s cook something bright and feel-good together.

With warmth,
Nora Bennett
